Exhibitor Registration
To register as an exhibitor for the Spokane Regional ESL Conference, please complete the form below. After you submit your registration information, you will be redirected to the payment page where you can pay by credit card. The preferred payment method is by credit card.
Exhibitor displays will be located in Jepson Hall on the Gonzaga University campus. The Gonzaga mailroom will not accept shipped boxes. Exhibitors may begin setting up at 7:00 a.m. on the day of the conference. Free all-day parking is permitted in the lot in front of the Administration building. The exhibitor registration fee includes lunch for up to 2 exhibitors.
The registration fee for is $175 for one table, a second table is an extra $100 and a third table an extra $75. Your exhibitor registration fee includes lunch for up to two exhibitors.
We are kindly asking that in addition to being an exhibitor, you consider being one of the sponsors of our Twentieth Anniversary Reception which is from 3:15 - 4:45 p.m. after the sessions. During this time, we will thank all of our sponsors, introduce the scholarship winners, have a Publishers’ Raffle, serve food and provide entertainment.

Starting this year, we are offering free advertising for the year to all Exhibitors who participate in the conference on this page HERE. You can send Neil 1-3 sentences about your company, a link and your logo for our web site.
