Complete this form below to register EACH member of your group for the Spokane Regional ESL Conference. You will need to return to this page to complete registration for EACH person in the group.
Be sure to type the institution name (or school district or affiliation) and the names of each registrant carefuly. We will use exactly what is entered below for our records, including conference name tags.
After the last person in the group has been registered, then a single online payment by credit card is the preferred. If this is not possible, a check can be made out to the Spokane Regional ESL Conference and sent by regular mail to the the address below or an institutional a PO is an option. Please indicate on the form below your choice as you register each member of the group.
IMPORTANT: If you are paying with a credit card with a different name, please indicate that clearly in the Comments/questions field below. It's important that we match the registrant name with the payee (credit card) name for our records.
We are not able to refund registration fees unless notice is given 48 hours in advance. We order lunches two days in advance and the food service does not give refunds for cancellations.
For your information, you don't need a Paypal account to pay by regular credit card.
