Complete this form below to register for the conference as an individual. Then click on the Submit Registration button at the bottom. You will then be directed then redirected to the Payment page. Follow the instructions to complete payment. Registration is not complete until payment has been received.

We are not able to refund registration fees unless notice is given 48 hours in advance. We order lunches two days in advance and the food service does not give refunds for cancellations.
Note: If you do not wish to pay online by credit card or by Paypal, payment by cash or check will be accepted on-site on the day of the conference0. The on-site payment and/or the on-site registration fee is $30.00 ($25 for students). If you wish to pay on-site, it's best to still pre-register online. We make every effort to see that every attendee gets lunch, but lunch is only guaranteed to those who pre-register and pay!
IMPORTANT: If you are paying with a credit card with a different name, please indicate that clearly in the Comments/questions field below. We need to match the registrant name with the payee (credit card) name for our records.
For your information, you don't need a Paypal account to pay by regular credit card.
